By accessing or using Ortexis AI, you agree to these Terms of Service on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Services
Ortexis AI provides software and AI agent capabilities designed to automate business workflows, process information, and support operational teams. Features may evolve over time as the platform is improved.
3. Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of data submitted to the platform, lawful use of connected systems, and oversight of automated outputs before they are used in business decisions or customer communication.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use Ortexis AI to violate law, infringe rights, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service integrity, or deploy agents for harmful, deceptive, or abusive activity.
5. Intellectual property
Ortexis AI retains ownership of the platform, branding, and underlying technology. You retain ownership of your business data, subject to the rights needed for Ortexis AI to operate the service.
6. Confidentiality and data
Business information processed through the platform is handled according to our Privacy Policy and applicable agreements. You must not upload content you are not authorized to share.
7. Fees and billing
Paid plans, usage limits, and invoicing terms are defined in your order form or pricing agreement. Failure to pay may result in suspension of access.
8. Availability and changes
We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may modify features, impose limits, or discontinue parts of the service with reasonable notice where practical.
9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The platform is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. Ortexis AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
